Reflecting the sophistication and innovation of the Lexus brand, the 6.8-acre campus features advanced building systems, sustainable design strategies, and an elevated customer experience.

The development boasts a two-story, 32,200-square-foot showroom building anchored by a dramatic main showroom with 24-foot-tall windows that fill the interior with natural light. Energy-efficient LED lighting highlights the vehicles, while a central atrium, living green wall, and live bamboo garden introduce natural elements that enhance the ambiance. A green roof further advances the project’s sustainability objectives.

Prioritizing comfort and operational efficiency, the facility features in-floor radiant heating in the showroom and service reception areas, paired with an automated snow-melting system to improve safety and accessibility during winter. Additional amenities such as a fitness center, locker rooms, and a dedicated server room support the needs of modern dealership operations.

The campus also encompasses a two-story, 33,200-square-foot service building featuring innovative rooftop vehicle parking, along with a 12,000-square-foot carwash and detail facility. More than 228,000 square feet of vehicle parking is illuminated by energy-efficient LED site lighting across the expansive grounds.

This flagship facility establishes a new benchmark for automotive retail in the region, seamlessly blending performance-driven engineering with refined architectural design to create an exceptional customer experience.
