This 115,000-square-foot office renovation creates a dynamic, people-centric workplace tailored to Fusion's rapid growth and evolving hybrid work model.

The reimagined space includes a revitalized lobby, open office areas, conference rooms, and thoughtfully designed kitchen and staff lounge spaces that foster collaboration and connection. Centrally located break rooms on each floor serve as social hubs, supported by seamlessly integrated HVAC, power, and lighting systems that maximize comfort and efficiency.

Building systems were engineered for adaptability. Flexible HVAC enables evolving layouts and changing occupancy needs, while scalable power infrastructure supports hybrid work, advanced technology, and future growth. Efficient architectural and feature lighting boosts productivity, reinforces brand identity, and elevates amenity spaces throughout the building.

Employee wellness was a central focus throughout the design. Dedicated wellness and respite rooms feature specialized ventilation, lighting controls, and power systems to promote comfort, privacy, and well-being. Customized electrical and lighting solutions highlight unique themes on each floor, creating a distinctive and engaging workplace environment.

A signature element is the Fusebox employee lounge, equipped with specialized MEP systems to support entertainment, hosting, and recruitment events. Together, these integrated systems and thoughtfully designed spaces establish a modern, adaptable workplace that fosters innovation, collaboration, and long-term growth.
