Morrissey Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, and lighting design services for the renovation and tenant finish of this corporate office located in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Transforming a former ConAgra campus facility into a modern, high-performing workplace presented unique challenges, requiring innovative solutions to adapt the existing infrastructure while meeting today's workforce needs. The result is a dynamic and inspiring environment that enhances both functionality and employee experience.

A standout feature of the project is the award-winning lighting design, which earned an IES Illumination Award in 2019. Thoughtfully integrated throughout the space, the lighting complements the architectural elements, enhancing visual comfort and the overall ambiance. A Barrisol stretched ceiling system, illuminated with LED back-lighting panels, creates a striking focal point and adds a layer of depth and sophistication to the interior.

The tenant improvement spans two floors within the 30-year-old building, totaling nearly 60,000 square feet. The design includes multiple conference rooms outfitted with modern A/V systems to support collaboration and communication, along with flexible workspaces tailored to evolving tenant needs. This renovation successfully reimagines an aging office environment into a vibrant, contemporary workplace that supports productivity, creativity, and long-term adaptability.
